Positioning & GTM Strategy

Making sure the ICP, the offer, and the message are right, before targeting begins
  • Your ICP, defined by real buying triggers, not just company size and industry.
  • A clear value proposition and competitive differentiation, not assumed.
  • Along the way, we flag any adjacent verticals or revenue opportunities that turn up, but only when there's a real one.
  • Delivered as an upfront positioning report before targeting begins, with the reasoning behind it.
  • Refined on an ongoing basis against real reply data once live.

Targeting & Messaging

A sharper offer for the right audience
  • Research into your prospects' pain points, trends, and the signals that show they're actually ready to buy.
  • Messaging tailored to how each decision-maker actually thinks.
  • A distinct angle for your offer, so it doesn't read like a generic pitch.
  • Tuned on an ongoing basis against real reply data.

Outreach & List Building

Cold email and LinkedIn, built on lists made for you
  • Cold outreach via email and LinkedIn, coordinated as one system.
  • Enriched, verified contact lists built specifically for your ICP.
  • Separate, tailored campaigns for each type of customer you're targeting, instead of one generic list that treats every prospect the same.
  • Minimal time investment on your end.

The AI SDR

Automatic follow-up the moment someone replies
  • Steps in only after a prospect replies with genuine interest.
  • Follows up across email, LinkedIn, text, and phone calls.
  • Keeps every conversation moving until it books or the prospect stops responding.
  • Every message and the analytics behind it stay visible in your dashboard.

FAQ

It never initiates unsolicited cold outreach. It only steps in once a prospect replies to one of our human-written cold messages with genuine interest. From there, it acts as an automated assistant, using a knowledge base built around your specific offer to answer questions and guide the prospect toward booking a call or signing up. It continues nurturing the lead across email, text, LinkedIn, and phone calls (any of which can be turned off if you'd rather not use them) until they book or purchase, and every conversation stays visible to you in real time through your client dashboard.
Once campaigns are live, reply activity and qualified conversations typically start showing up within the first couple of weeks, with volume building as sending ramps toward full capacity. Messaging and targeting get tuned against real performance data on an ongoing basis after that, since early numbers are rarely the ceiling. How long it takes for those conversations to turn into closed revenue depends on your own sales cycle length, which is outside what any outbound system controls.
About 2 hours of your time early on so we understand your offer and targeting clearly, plus about 1 hour to create and hand over access to your accounts so we can set them up (you keep ownership of the tech stack). Once campaigns are live, you'll get ongoing updates on progress and results on whatever schedule and through whatever channel works for you, a call if you want one, or just async messages if you'd rather not schedule anything.
Two ways, and neither is a scheduled weekly report you have to wait on. Your live client dashboard reflects activity as it happens: sends, replies, meetings booked. On top of that, our sending platform pushes real-time alerts (a new reply, a positive response, a bounce) straight to a shared Slack channel the moment they happen, so you're not the one checking in to find out something occurred.
Yes, nothing goes out without your sign-off first. Messaging, sequences, and scripts are reviewed and approved by you before a campaign launches, and get revisited together on a regular basis afterward. The system handles routine sending and replies within that approved framework; anything that isn't routine still gets a person before it reaches a prospect.
Yes, running more than one campaign with different targeting is common when you're selling to more than one audience, whether that's different industries, company sizes, or decision-maker roles. It lets messaging stay specific to each audience instead of one generic version trying to fit everyone.
From a wide mix of sources and enrichment tools, not one scraped database:
  • Data and enrichment tools like Apollo, AI Ark, Lusha, SyncGTM, and Dropcontact
  • LinkedIn and industry directories such as G2, Capterra, and Clutch
  • Targeted web research and public business registries
  • AI-assisted research that helps synthesize and verify signals across all of it
The exact mix depends on your ICP, and not every source is used for every client. If you already have your own list, we can enrich it with verified contact details and use that instead.
Yes, but only on what's actually within our control. If the agreed system isn't live within 30 days, we keep working at no extra cost until it is, and there's no long-term contract locking you in either way. We do not guarantee performance metrics or sales results (such as a specific number of closed deals or leads), because we cannot predict or control the market.
We don't just let a weak campaign keep running. If reply rates are underperforming, we test across messaging angles, targeting, and offer framing, refined against actual reply data, rather than waiting it out. The 30-day guarantee covers getting live; this ongoing testing is what keeps performance moving after that.
Yes. The prospect list and data built for your campaign are yours, and you can export the full list at any time, for example as a CSV, and use it however you'd like outside the engagement, whether that's a CRM import, a mail merge, or anything else.
No. Outreach always runs through dedicated sending domains and inboxes set up specifically for your campaigns, never your primary company domain. High-volume cold outreach carries real deliverability risk, so keeping it off the domain you use for everyday business email protects your main domain's reputation entirely.
You do. Sending domains, inboxes, and any third-party tool subscriptions used for your campaigns are registered under your own accounts, not ours. If you ever ended the engagement, you'd keep full ownership and could continue running everything independently.
Yes, permanently. Anyone who unsubscribes, hard-bounces, or reports a message gets added to a standing suppression list that's checked against every future campaign, so they're never re-contacted through a different list or a later push.
Through a specific, non-negotiable process, not just careful copywriting: domain warm-up, full authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), ongoing list hygiene, and continuous reputation monitoring, among other things. We maintain a full internal checklist of 65 checks across four categories; you can see the entire thing on our deliverability checklist page.
No, we run B2B campaigns only. Unsolicited cold outreach directly to individual consumers runs into a much stricter set of privacy rules than B2B outreach does (GDPR-style consumer protections, and similar rules in the US), so it's outside what we offer.
